New Year Detox Challenge



I love holiday treats but I vow not to become a shadow of my former self in 2013. JOIN ME!!!


The hustle and bustle of the holidays has turned my fitness routine into Mission Impossible: Flabby Glutes edition. I’ve been reaching for some of the food items on my Naughty list more often because I haven’t had the time to plan out my healthy snacks for the week. But why bother getting down about it. Instead I choose to enjoy the end of the year feasting on all my favourite delights. But only under one condition, I have to start the new year off with an intense detox.

If you’re accustomed to eating well and working out regularly the end of the year is the perfect time to reward yourself. Enjoy it! You’ve earned it. Once the New Year count down is done, your intake of fructose corn syrup and red dye #14 expires. Get back to eating real food again.

Come January 7th I’m going to get back on track. A 30-day detox is the perfect way to do that.
